Yes, if you have a valid licence in hand. Ontario has no waiting period between getting your licence and getting married, and the licence is valid anywhere in the province for three months.
The licence is usually the step that takes longest. In Toronto, licences are issued by appointment at City Hall or the North York Civic Centre, and you complete the application online first (City of Toronto). Other GTA cities have their own offices and booking systems. Check appointment availability in a few cities: a licence from any Ontario municipality works for a ceremony anywhere in Ontario.
Bring to your licence appointment: two original, valid government IDs each (names must match), and proof that any previous marriage has ended. If a divorce happened outside Canada, you need Ontario's approval first, which can take up to 4 weeks (Ontario.ca).
Our Fees
Prices are plus HST. The legal signing is $325.44 with tax.
Ceremony with vows and rings if you wish, signing of your licence, and registration with the Province.
Two witnesses provided at our designated location if you can't bring your own.

No. In Ontario you can marry as soon as your licence is issued, as long as you marry within three months.
