Plain-language guidance and a respectful, professional ceremony for couples who are new to Canada.
Ontario's rules are straightforward once someone explains them. That's part of our job.
We welcome couples of every background, culture and faith. Our ceremonies are conducted in English; you are welcome to bring a family member or interpreter to help if needed.
You receive a Record of Solemnization of Marriage at the ceremony. It shows your licence number but isn't the official record. We submit your licence to the Province; once it's registered, order your official marriage certificate online from ServiceOntario (Ontario.ca).
Is your marriage part of an immigration or sponsorship application? Ask your licensed immigration consultant or lawyer which documents they need and when. We can't give immigration advice, but we make sure your marriage is performed and registered correctly.
Our Fees
Prices are plus HST. The legal signing is $325.44 with tax.
Ceremony with vows and rings if you wish, signing of your licence, and registration with the Province.
Two witnesses provided at our designated location if you can't bring your own.
The documentation that gives your registration the best chance of moving quickly. Not guaranteed.
Travel within 5 km of downtown Toronto is included. Further out, we quote a travel fee when you book.
Yes. Ontario has no citizenship or residency requirement to marry.
ID that isn't in English needs a certified translation for your licence application. Foreign divorce documents need a translation and a certified translator's affidavit.
