Simple Process
Book the chamber, then book us. We handle everything from ceremony to paperwork.

Obtain your Ontario marriage licence from any municipal office before your ceremony.
Your officiant arrives, leads your ceremony, signs your licence, and registers your marriage.
The North York Civic Centre offers a dignified, no-fuss space for couples who want a legal ceremony without the full wedding production. The room is yours — we bring everything else.
The City of Toronto rents the chamber by the half-hour; the booking is for the room only, so you bring your own officiant. That is where we come in. (The North York Civic Centre is also one of two places in Toronto that issue marriage licences, by appointment.)
The City of Toronto now runs its own civil weddings in this chamber on Thursdays and Fridays (10 am to 3 pm) for $441.95, and on select Saturdays for $481.50, including HST (City of Toronto). With us, you book the room for $136.85 and our ceremony is $325.44 with tax: about the same total, on any day and at any time the chamber is open, including evenings and Sundays.

Our Fees
All prices are plus HST. No surprises.
Full ceremony, signing of your marriage licence, and registration with the Province.
Two witnesses provided if you are unable to bring your own.
Priority documentation to support faster marriage registration where needed.
All fees are in addition to the City of Toronto chamber rental fee.
