Available 7 days a week, including last-minute bookings.
Book Your Ceremony Our ServicesWe are licensed marriage officiants authorized by the Registrar General of Ontario, serving couples across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. We ensure all legal requirements for marriage are met — from witnessing and signing your Ontario Marriage Licence to registering it with the Province. Once you have your licence, simply choose a time and place, and we'll come to you. We handle all the paperwork and make it simple.
We offer additional services including providing witnesses, documentation to help expedite your registration, and travel to the location of your choosing anywhere across the GTA — for a small additional fee.
Our licensed Ontario officiant leads you through a complete signing ceremony — including the exchange of vows and rings if you wish — facilitates the signing of your marriage licence, and declares you legally married. We then register the licence with the Province of Ontario on your behalf.
Ontario law requires two witnesses at every legal marriage ceremony. If you're unable to bring witnesses, we can provide two on your behalf — so nothing stands between you and making it official. Available at our designated location for an additional fee.
While there is no guaranteed way to expedite your marriage licence registration, we can provide the correct documentation that will give you the best chance that your marriage licence will be registered quickly.
Looking for a special space to hold your ceremony? We have partnerships with several unique spaces in the GTA. Please inquire and we can tell you what is available.
You may obtain a marriage licence from your local or surrounding municipality. Visit www.serviceontario.ca for the marriage licence office near you.
To acquire a marriage licence, you will be required to:
You will require two witnesses on the day of the legal signing. For every wedding in Ontario, there must be a minimum of 5 individuals present: the couple, two witnesses, and the officiant. Witnesses must be physically present — they cannot participate via video.
Your witnesses can be family, friends, or even strangers. They don't need to be Canadian citizens or residents of Canada.
The sole responsibility of your witnesses is to sign their names on the legal documents and provide their home address for the officiant's records. In the unlikely case that there are any issues in the registration process, witnesses may be called upon to verify that they witnessed the marriage and confirm both parties consented.
Don't have witnesses? We can provide them — contact us for details.

To get legally married in Ontario, you need two things: a valid Ontario Marriage Licence and a licensed officiant. First, obtain your marriage licence from any municipal office (visit ServiceOntario.ca to find your nearest location). Then book one of our licensed officiants to perform your ceremony. We'll come to you, conduct the signing, and register your marriage with the Province — it's that simple.
You don't need to have your licence in hand before booking, but you must have it on the day of the ceremony. Your Ontario Marriage Licence is valid for 90 days from the date of issue, so we recommend obtaining it well in advance of your ceremony date. We're happy to answer any questions about the process when you book.
We come to you. Our officiants travel to your chosen location anywhere across the Greater Toronto Area — your home, a park, a restaurant, a hotel, or anywhere meaningful to you.
