What We Do
We ensure that all legal requirements for marriage are met, including signing and registering the license. Once you have your Ontario Marriage Licence , you can choose a time and place for the signing with one of our Licensed Ontario Officiants. We take care of all the paper work and make it simple.
We offer additional services such as providing witnesses, paperwork to assist with expediting the registration, and the ability to come to the location of your choosing for a small addition fee.

Legal Signing
We officiate the signing or elopement ceremony, leading the couple through the exchange of vows and rings, facilitate the signing of the marriage license, and declare you legally married.

If you are unable to coordinate witnesses for your marriage signing, we are able to provide two witnesses to sign your marriage certificate for an additional fee.
Expedited REgistration
While there is no guaranteed way to expedite your marriage license registration, we can provide the correct documentation that will allow you to have the best chance that your marriage licence will be registered quickly.
What You Need to Get Legally Married

Ontario Marriage Licence
You may be able to obtain a marriage licence from your local or surrounding municipality.
Visit www.serviceontario.ca for the marriage licence office near you.
To acquire a marriage licence, you will be required to:
- Complete a marriage licence application.
- Present two government-issued identification documents for each individual getting married; one must be photo ID.
- Provide any necessary supporting documents, such as proof of divorce (if applicable.)
- Ensure that at least one of you appears in person to collect the licence.
- Pay a fee, with the amount varying depending on the municipality.

Two Witnesses
You will require two witnesses, on the day of the legal signing. For every wedding in Ontario, there must be a minimum of 5 individuals present, the couple, two witnesses, and the officiant. It is important to note that witnesses must be physically present; they cannot participate via video.
Your witnesses can be family, friends, or even strangers. They don’t need to be Canadian citizens or residents of Canada.
The sole responsibility of your witnesses is to sign their names on the legal documents. Additionally, they need to provide their home address for the officiants records and the marriage registery. In the unlikely case that there are any issues in the registration process, the witnesses may be called upon to verify that they did indeed witness the marriage and confirm that both parties consented on the day of the ceremony.

Our services offer a seamless experience. Within a 10 km** radius of Toronto’s city centre, we will come to the location of your choice. Our dedicated officiants will guide you through the signing ceremony that may include the exchange of vows and rings if you wish. We will ensure all legal aspects are taken care of, from facilitating the signing of your marriage licence and its registration with the province afterwards.

ents are met. Please note that we can only offer this service if you are able to join us at our designated location.
While expediting your marriage license isn’t guaranteed, we can certainly help increase your chances of a swift process. Our expert team will ensure you have the correct documentation in place, offering you the best opportunity for a speedy registration of your marriage licence.
